ELECTRA also provides GLASS PROCESSING & WATERJET CUT services, providing precise and customized solutions for glass or other material components, regardless of the complexity of the shape or the thickness of the material. Waterjet technology allows stress-free cutting, smooth edges, and intricate details, making it ideal for applications in the electronic, industrial, or design fields.

 

GLASS PROCESSING:

  • Chemical strengthening;

  • Ink printing by using a semiautomatic screen-printing machine (several layers, different colors);

  • Side polishing and edge beveling.

 

WATERJET CUTTING:

  • Workspace: 1000 x 1400 mm;

  • Tolerance: ± 0,15 mm;

  • Cutting thickness: 1 - 80 mm depending on material;

 

Materials: untreated glass, multilayer glass, industrial ceramics, porcelain earthenware, sandstone, concrete, stone (marble, granite, chalkstone); Steel, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, titanium; Plastic materials, composites; Various other materials (rubber, wood, etc.).
